"Don’t waste your time or money my taxes were here for a full year nothing I mean nothing happened. Call after call nothing changed every time I was told it would just hold out, things have changed since Covid no one is getting taxes back fast anymore... "Worst experience i have ever had. You can do this yourself at turbo tax..just like he does. Had i known he would only give me 100 i would of went ANYWHERE else. It comes down to laziness. Knowing we could all go to turbo tax ourselves and do it instead of letting the tax man take money out of our return. He made me sign a document. Before i left i wanted a ball park on how much id get(state and fed). Nothing...nothing near that. And once your out of the office your lucky to get in touch with him again.my advice for those who ARE expecting a tax return like you usually get..you WILL be finessed here, you WILL NOT get full transparency"
