"I have gone to Mark for my taxes for YEARS. Was not able to go this year because they had no available appointments before April 15. Was told “sorry, no more appointments.” Attempted to do my taxes myself this year and just found out I screwed them up. I called to make an appointment and was told I could no longer come to them because I did not come for my 2022 taxes. I repeat, they had no available appointments before April 15 this year. Mark is EXCELLENT and has been a HUGE help over the years. But just like that…dropped. His wife is the one who manages the appointments/office part. She has never been a pleasant person but I always sucked that up because Mark is so good. I told her I’ve been coming for 10+ years. Doesn’t matter. “New policy. If you didn’t come this year you can’t come back. Thanks for calling.” *click* WOWWWWWW. While I would always recommend MARK…based on this situation, I am beyond disgusted. I would suggest calling in December if they are even taking new people if you want to try using them."
