"This was our first year using Tax Experience. Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience. We had a good first impression upon meeting Rick and Wade, and they were recommended by our financial advisor. After the initial contact and receiving access to the client portal, we received no further communication from them over the course of the last 4 months. We have initiated contact several times to ask a specific question about an estimated tax payment due in April, but received no response and just had to make our best guess on this. We also received no updates about our tax return despite multiple emails after submitting our information 2 months ago and truly feared it wouldn't be completed by the tax deadline. We are extremely disappointed and still uncertain why there has been such a lack of communication and professionalism."
