"It’s a group of some unprofessional people, offer bunch of services. I visited them for tax return filing, the guy named Zee (CEO of this group of companies) filled my taxes completely wrong. As a result of it I received RFE from IRS. Upon asking to have a look at RFE and the guy made me wait for full two weeks. Because he was the account I paid to file taxes, I followed up by calling him but the guy responded so arrogantly that he can’t fix the mistake and hung up call on my face. I ended up paying more money to some other account to fix the mess created by zee. Based upon my overall experience, let me give a rating for various parameters. Ethics - 0/5 Intent of working - 1/5 Knowledge - 2/5 Politeness - 3/5 (Till you turn into a customer) Unprofessionalism - 4/5 Arrogance - 5/5 With this review, I think it is my responsibility to report IRS about their practices and lack of knowledge in filing taxes so that other tax payers won’t be troubled by them in future. I will make sure to take any necessary action."
