"Tax error dating back years has yet to be resolved. I was told that it was an IRS error and not an error by Gray-Pilgrim and that they would handle it. Although Sue was attempting to resolve the issue, she left, without warning, at the end of 2020 and I was notified by a colleague rather than anyone at Gray-Pilgrim. I emailed and called to request copies of the communication they sent to the IRS and I have yet to receive them (after a month). Communication is poor and staff turnover is high."
