"There was a few good staff members there that are now gone. The firm has gone down hill. Payroll department is a joke. Booking keeping is a joke. Pray you don't get Tammy doing your book keeping or Flor for your payroll. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. My new accountant is still waiting to get info from them on past accounting and payroll they worked on for our business. Right now we are in a stand off. They want their last payment and I want ALL our booking keeping and payroll info they have so my new accountant can fix their mess. You don't pay for services not rendered. Fix this and maybe I'll bump you to a 2 star. Been with them 13 years, plus. Shameful."

"My father has been a client for 25 plus years doing his personal and business taxes. Now they say they can no longer serve him as his account is not big enough. This place has been trash since merger. They do not want to assist long standing clients and throw them away. Avoid giving them any of your business."
