"Had an appointment this morning, everything about the appointment started wrong, just because you're not familiar with an insurance company don't assume its medicaid, and go on telling me we do not take that insurance, I sat there listening to you calling my insurance yes I'm covered 100% still not enough for me to be seen in your office then you turned around asked me for my Medicare card, I replied I don't have Medicare, this is all the insurance I have another person came out to tell me to calm down according to our records this is your secondary insurance, you need a primary insurance, the other shoved the clipboard to me hurry up and fill this out before I have to change your appointment! My goodness why!!?? I this is the first time I ever dealt with this kinda manner! I walked out politely and called my insurance just to have them on the phone to let them know this my primary insurance my bill is COVERED 100% I don't want to say I felt in that office but it was wrong!! But we will leave it right there"
