He is always very thorough and explains things clearly as well as providing treatment options, pros/cons, etc. The call center and office staff are outstanding. In-office wait times are generally good and when they have occasionally been long, Dr. DeFalco acknowledges it and apologizes for the delay. Overall, great doctor and an excellent, well run practice!
