"I went to this spa just giving it a try. I've been getting my nails done for years. I decided to do their special for 40$. Didn't want to pay to much and be upset. The 40$ turned to 70 because I wanted gel. First my cuticles weren't clipped or prepared like I'm use to. I got them short. The pedicure was a disaster. They didn't clean dead skin, cuticles or anything. I'm willing to pay for what I want. My nail and pedicure usually run me 120 to 150. But the 70$ was a waste. Polish on toes started bubbling up a half hour after I left. Don't go here if you want quality work done."

"I should've turned around and walked back out once I noticed this place was like a ghost town. 6 nail techs and only one customer in sight.... There's a reason black women still go to Asian shops to get their nails done. This place lacks professionalism. I walked in and the look on one of the nail techs face when I said what I was there for was enough for me to never come back again. It shouldn't take two people to do one customers nails. My feet look like a 9 year old did it. My ring finger is sore from the unnecessary pressure that was used during my manicure. The way the other techs walked around like they had nothing else better to do was ridiculous. Don't get your nails done here. You WILL regret it!"
