"THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!! My family and I have stayed in this hotel several times, ( literally a dozen times in the past year) The front staff was always very friendly. A few small issue arose and were handled for the most part. We stayed here because the location was convenient. On our last stay over Thanksgiving we found bed bugs. We discreetly took the bug to the front desk and we were told the manager would get in touch with us. They allowed us to change rooms, however the manager never followed up. We filed a complaint with Choice and decided to give the hotel one last chance. We booked a stay for New Years and 4 hours before check-in the manager called us and informed us she had cancelled our reservation and we were no longer welcome back."

"We stayed 2 wks for my husband’s work. The first week we checked in and my husband asked if he could tap to pay. He thought the lady said yes (but she was talking about something else when she said yes) you would’ve thought that he smacked her with the card, she yelled at him repeatedly called the manager , threatened to call the cops, saying they don’t have the tap to pay option. It said approved on the card reader but she wouldn’t believe us. Manager said they didn’t have tap option so we tried to start the whole thing over and low and behold, our first room (the same one he tapped his card for) was paid for. She did apologize for it blaming her manager for not knowing. Ok stay that week. This week I encountered the rudest front girl. I took towels down to get clean ones and was told next time leave them outside of your room for housekeepers. So I did (it was a holiday so front desk was housekeeping) same girl and I never got clean ones back. Went out to smoke and was locked out of our room, she told me I was supposed to check out that morning, I had a screenshot of the reservation but she didn’t want to see that. She told me that our other employee rooms had already been extended by the employees which they can not do. All reservations were under my husbands name and credit card. My husband tried to call to speak with the manager and the employee hung up on him twice. He had to have someone else call to get her name. Dirty pillow cases and pillows. First room smelled like mold. We gave it 2 wks and it only got worse. DONE I would like to add that these 2 employees were the only ones that treated us like that. The others were quite nice and friendly"

"Stayed here while home for a visit. Very friendly workers, clean room, comfortable sleep, quiet. Would of liked continental breakfast as advertised, just had make own waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the breakfast. Very close to stores and restaurants. When back home again for visit, will stay here again."
