"I went to see a sleep doctor here at Taylor and all she cared about was my insurance, literally. Wanted to get a sleep study done before my insurance changed since I had met my deductible and was overdue for one. She told me straight out to come back once I had insurance again-in 3 months. Like I was wasting her time and rushed me out. Made me run around and get my cpap SD card read before I could be seen and made me wait over an hour.+ As for insurance, it wasn't like I wasn't going to have insurance, which is what she eluded to ... but that I was changing jobs. In any case, I have never been treated to dismissive by a doctor in my life. I waited 1.5 hours past appt to be told to come back. No thanks. You also shouldn't be slurping on Coke and eating McDonald's with patients in your ungodly messy, disorganized office and she was dishelved. Couldn't even find my file. Shocked. I used to like this practice any the sleep study staff were great. I was referred there by my primary and had seen a different doctor there previously previously... Crozer doctors have to try to keep you in the Crozer network. Save yourself time and aggravation and go to Riddle and see Dr. Brown or any Mainline Health or Temple for a sleep study/sleep doctor. I have never been treated so rudely by a physician (any physician ever) - so completely unprofessional. If I could I would ask for my copay back. Sleep this Dr. Wilford. Thanks for wasting my valuable time and moneymoney...for absolutely nothing."

"I'm not a patient here, nor will I ever be. My dad goes here for his sleep apnea. This place takes their good old time to do whatever they need for their patients and doesn't consider their time. Took them 2 days to fill out an emergency document for the peco company we get our electric services from. Furthermore, I've had and heard of 1 too many of misdiagnosis' from this hospital. Terrible. Seems like they got their doctorates from cereal boxes. Done"
