"I live near Lincoln University, and it would let me select my location properly. Just wanted to share some knowledge on this little insect. It's called a hover fly. In PA, we call em bee flys, but look up a bee fly, you'll be surprised, and have probably seen them. Anyway, harmless, and I have several that come by to "hang out" with me same time, everyday. They like salt, they don't harm you. Please stop killing them. They can get up to an inch. Easy to tell they aren't a "baby yellowjacket". Yellowjackets(bald faced hornets) don't land on you unless you piss them off. Thanks for reading. Beautiful iridescent wings they have"
