Edible Arrangements

"tldr; DO NOT ORDER IN ANY EDIBLE ARRAGEMENTS LOCATION in Arlington or Alexandria Virginia - They use Uber Package Delivery as their delivery service. Hence, why some orders never arrive OR they arrive to the wrong person. STORY: I ordered a large tray to be delivered to the manager of my apartment complex, I made sure to go directly to the Edible Arrangements website. I double checked I added a message and delivery order instructions. I believe there is something wrong with the system transferring instructions to the Uber Package Delivery service because a couple of hours later after I submitted my order I hear a knock on my door. The gentleman said: "This is Uber, you have received a gift". He made sure I got the gift. Me foolishly thought "Hey this is so nice, I got a thank you gift back from the apartment complex manager, how thoughtful". The greeting card was empty, and there was the name of someone that works at a "Finance department". I thought: "Ok, someone paid and said deliver it, its the gesture that counts no?" Some time pass by and I hear another knock on the door. ANOTHER GIFT. And I was like: "I already got a gift". When I see the note of this other gift I see that IS THE GIFT I sent to the lobby of my apartment complex. I explain the Uber guy the situation and he happily delivered the order to the correct place. SO. Either Edible Arragements Corporate made a deal with Uber to offer this subpar service OR Edible Arragements Locations are choosing to cut corners to save some money and time. Anyhow, the strawberries were delicious :)"

"Ordered a fruit platter and some cheesecakes on Feb 17th. When I picked up the platter I noticed the white chocolate covering the bananas was very thick and lumpy. It was the ugliest dipped fruit I'd ever seen. I showed the cashier and asked if there was anything she could do. She said she did not make the arrangement and there was nothing that she could do because they were about to close. She stated that I'd have to call and speak to the manager in the morning. After a little back and forth, she finally issued me a refund for the platter. I was quite disappointed, as I was looking forward to surprising my daughter with the fruit. I thought to myself, at least I have the cheesecakes. When I got home I discovered that they gave me the wrong cheesecakes (I ordered 1 strawberry and 1 plain, they gave me both plain). Again, disappointment. Also the cheesecakes tasted old, like they'd been sitting in the fridge uncovered for days. I was truly displeased and will not order from this location again."

"My husband had some flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day, and the flowers were so old they were falling off the stems. My husband called them the following day, multiple times and they never answered, so he ended up going in person. He even showed the photos of the flowers I sent him. They only gave half back towards the flowers' charge. We won't do business with them again. The last time he had used them, he had fruit and flowers delivered to me for my birthday that were supposed to have arrived by morning, were delivered just as we locked up our office to leave that evening. They nearly missed me. Stay Away!"

"Ordered an arrangement on Feb 8th for Valentine's delivery. Edible Arrangements never made the delivery. They said thay had too many and that they were sorry. They sent it the next day and refunded the delivery fee. However, when I saw the picture of the arrangement that was sent, it was not worth the price at all. For 130.00 I was expecting a much bigger bouquet of fruit. When I called to inquire what happened, they told me that they had over a thousand deliveries on Valentines and basically I should be happy I got my delivery the next day. They essentially did not care that they messed up the order."

"First time visiting this Edible Arrangements was good service the lady was behind the desk was helpful . Worth the price the fruit was fresh A+ plump strawberries. It was our 2 years anniversary she loved it and I'm a happy man ."
