"we went to this inn because it was cheap and the lady who was showing us around was nice and showed and told us that she cleaned all the rooms but when we stayed there for that one day, we had bed bugs and we took pics of everything and even after we left, we still had signs of them in our house after getting rid of everything that was infested. they told us we lied about having bed bugs and management made us pay for the rooms we stayed in and didnt do anything about the bed bugs"

"Our family rented 3 rooms with each one worse than the next. Ours had mystery stains (of all kinds) on every possible surface. Room smelled of mold, sweat and cigarette smoke. (There’s an “ash can” filled with sand in front of nearly every room!). And the cockroaches that scurried on the wall had no fear. I discarded the gross bedspread & slept fully clothed. Lots of shady characters hanging around outside or I would have slept in our car. I’m honestly suspect of all the favorable reviews. It does not give me joy to write a bad one, but people need to be warned."

"The Wayne Inn has a friendly staff and are very helpful. The rooms need to be updated but what do you want. If you want fancy stay at a big named hotel. The only thing I wish they had outlets by the bed."

"The Wayne Inn offers a quiet stay. Sparse furnishings and relatively modern decor. The staff is awesome! They will go out of their way to make you happy. I stayed by myself for a week on business. Everything was perfect. I was able to relax after work and it's so conveniently located to main street. I enjoyed walking over to the excellent breakfast spots in town every day and then dinner as well. They have an on site Cafe which can serve most any beverage you could want. They also have cold beer and wine. I recommend the Wayne Inn if you don't require luxury accommodations and really just need a clean place to stay where all of your needs are met. Once again the staff are very attentive and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable."

"It's not fancy...the rooms are small & a bit outdated, but clean. The management was friendly & accommodating. The LOCATION is OUTSTANDING! You're on a hill so there's a nice view, especially of the passenger train as it goes by. There's a covered pedestrian bridge that allows a shortcut walk down to Main Street. It's pet friendly. It has a coffee/wine store with outdoor seating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others. Thank you, Wayne Inn."
