"Recently spent the weekend at the Himalayan Institute - a great space to rejuvenate, relax and restore. The grounds are peaceful and very calming and nurturing. The staff at the institute, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. There is something for everyone, yoga classes, lectures, meditation, hiking and for those that want to hike, of course trails for hiking. The food is prepared with lots of love and care. Highly recommend that you visit - you will not regret visiting this peaceful oasis."

The staff from the front desk, the doctors, kitchen, and many others are friendly and willing to help and make sure your stay is the best and meet your expectations. I drove out from Buffalo, NY to see the wizard, Dr Oswald and the visit to the HI left me feeling hopeful and supported on my healing journey.
