Shoe Carnival

"Not sure where the previous reviews came from, but my experience was less than stellar. When I entered, the signage was confusing. To my left were 2 "workers" talking with each other and no other customers in the store. Finally figuring out they were glued to their spot, I ventured out on my own. I was looking for ladies' shoes and not sport shoes. Finally found one part of one shelf with a handful of what I was seeking. I'm not short, but the 3 boxes that MAY have been a possibility, were on the top shelf, my size on the bottom. The "worker guys" were not in sight, so I half climbed half shimmied up and dislodged my prize. Alas, they were a disappointment, as was the store and staff. I left, and at the front door, surprise-surprise, the confab was still as active as ever. I could have said something, but didn't cause I just wanted away from that store as soon as possible."

"FALSE ADVERTISING & RUDE!! Went to get new shoes today and found a front display of Sketchers shoes for $45. There were various styles of shoes on the display and we found one that we liked. Upon looking for a box of that style on the display, there was none to be found. We asked a manager(?) to help and she brought us to the regular Sketchers aisle where that shoe was listed as $75. We asked about the price difference and she stated that not every shoe on the large advertised $45 display is actually $45. How is that even allowed?? There were 10 shoes displayed as $45 but she said only one was actually on sale. We were ready to buy multiple pairs of shoes today but ended up leaving empty handed. None of the staff were kind or helpful during our shopping experience. Some of the staff stocking shelves even scoffed at us while we were asking about different shoes. We will definitely not be returning."

"Wheelchair accesible curb cuts to left & right of doors . Double man trap style manual doors . Clean sanitary .no pandemic precautions . No Wi-Fi . Men’s /women’s / children footwear ,socks ,bags, hats . Has in store basketball game carnival style setup to distract kids not interested in picking out their shoes"
