"I had a tax appointment in March for Rachid. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that he was out sick. No one told me, nor did Rachid find it necessary to call or email me about rescheduling. Another associate helped me to scan my documents and send them to Rachid to complete at home. He called me the next day but I was working and was unable to answer. I never heard from him after that. I called the office multiple times to get ahold of him, but he was never working in the office. The front desk associate left him emails to contact me and he never did. I called him on his phone and no response. I was told that he would be working on my taxes during this time but never updated it, never contacted me, nothing. Now, it’s April 10th and taxes are due in 5 days. I decided to go into the office to get this sorted out. Again, Rachid was not in the office. I was told he only works in the office on Wednesdays, but apparently he would be in on the 11th (a Tuesday). I needed my taxes completed, and a nice lady, Ms. Cooper, said she would do it for me since Rachid apparently can’t do his job. She told me he hasn’t even started on them - mind you, my appointment was mid March. Ms. Cooper was able to get my taxes done in 20 minutes and was super helpful. This place is extremely unprofessional and unorganized."

"I arrived for my 2 pm appointment and was told my tax person was busy. At 2:30 they asked my name again and told me to go back. Yusef Yusef had no idea he had a 2 pm appointment with me. I sat down, explained my situation, and he got up and walked away. He tried to get someone else to take me. No one could so I was told to wait longer as others had appointments as well. I was given no explanation as to why Yusef could not take my appointment. I then sat there as others were served in front of me. Fortunately, Izzy Tran was able to take me and was very helpful. This office as a whole seems very disfunctional and I will NEVER go there again."

"Best experience I've ever had at an H&R block. Izzy is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I felt very secure having her prepare my taxes. I definitely recommend Izzy."

"I went in to get assistance on my taxes and the employee that I was assigned with (RACHID S LARAKI) was VERY rude. I wanted to talk with my HR department with my job before filing due to the outcome and the employee was so upset and started screaming at my me stating that I wasted his time. He jumped up from the computer with all of my information exposed on the computer and did not want to write in a reason on why I refused to move forward as he wanted to do another reason without my knowledge. He jumped out from his desk and went to the next cubic to gossip to his coworkers. I sat at his desk wondering if I was done. Got up to go to the next desk to confirm if he was finished and he yelled and said yes! You can go, you wasted my time! I will be escalating this issue. The way this situation was handled was unbelievable. Poor customer service, rude and obnoxious behavior. Disgusting."
