"My tax professional I did my FRIEND James' taxes with ONLINE H&R BLOCK CLAIMED EVERYTHING WAS DONE AND after 10 days I go to check the status and it says "REJECTED"!!! HE TRIED CONTACTING JENNIFER NEALY SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO REPLY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"I worked with an employee named Jenn. This was my first year using a tax prep service, and she assured me that my return wasn't terribly complicated, and that I would likely receive a refund (which surprised me, given that I expected to owe money). I left the office in early March in high spirits, figuring all was set. I heard NOTHING for the next two months. I tried to call the office multiple times, but was always told that Jenn was "with a client". I left several messages and never received a call back. Finally, in mid-May, on a free weekend, I drove over to the offices to find out what was going on in person. My tax "professional" never sent me my return to sign. She tried to blame it on a "glitch", but had no answer when I pointed out that she could have easily seen that it wasn't sent to me. She also had no answer for not returning my messages. Furthermore, although she assured me that I would get a refund, and that my total bill for H&R Block's services would be max $200ish, I ended up owing a significant amount of money, and the H&R Block bill was well over $300. She had no answers for me as to why there was such a discrepancy. Furthermore, since she neglected to send me my return on time, the IRS penalized me. Although she assured me that H&R Block would cover these penalties, we are now a week past the due date and she has once again gone radio silent. Do not use H&R Block. If you MUST use this location, do not use Jenn as your tax professional. It is not worth your time or money."

"So dissatisfied. Our accountant Jenn set up our taxes to be automatically deducted from our checking account. She left out the last number on our account. So the money never was deducted. The IRS and the state changed us close $700 in interest and late fees. Neither Jen or H&R took responsibility for their mistake."
