"I would like to take the time to share how amazing my experience has been each year when it came time to do my taxes. Each year Carlos has helped me process my taxes since I couldn't be filed anymore from my parents. For some reason I have always had problems with IRS because of my own personal mistakes I made with my employer and not knowing how to properly fill out forms. Another case I had someone trying to steal my information and overall just always had bad luck because I always owed money or I would only receive a very small amount back.
