"Not a quality Happy Mother’s Day gift. The floral arrangement did not look professional. The flowers were mostly in full bloom which make the longevity of the gift quite short. The bow on the arrangement was not tied properly. . This is the second time I have received an arrangement from this florist which was not great looking. I called after the first time and was told they would take special care with my next arrangement. The next arrangement came looking not great. The owner repeated the same pledge obviously forgetting what he promised the first time. I have used this florist for a number of years. The last year has been a disappointment."
