"Love Dr. Tara but there seem to be some really big internal operation problems. I received a bill and it was incorrect. I called the number on the invoice and the women I talked had several reasons for the charges. None were correct. Turns out this is an outside billing agency. I called the Dallas office and they said it would be fixed. It was not. I then went into the office and spent about 20 minutes with the person behind the desk and she gave me a credit for my co-pay that was paid but not credited to the bill. The doctor said the other charges are not correct. Next bill, nothing was corrected. Called the Kingston office twice and left messages and no one has returned my calls. I am going to have to go to another doctor because I will not pay a bill that is not correct and I'm sure they won't see me unless I pay it."
