"Receptionist is useless! She told me she didn’t know what to tell me when they didn’t know where my glasses were after 7 weeks of ordering them ! I then found who to speak to on my own because she just didn’t know! Canceled my order, still waiting for my check because they wouldn’t put it on my card. Now waiting 2 weeks for my check of my return ! Then the stupid office calls me after weeks and says, oh your glasses are in. I said geez u really don’t pay attention do u ! I told her these were canceled weeks ago because you didn’t know where they were ! $580 ! This office is useless !! Go somewhere else !!"
