"Downer of an experience. I've passed this place so many times, with no time to stop in. Today I put it on my calendar to stop, no matter what. Place looks so cool from outside. I was expecting an "experience". I thought I'd walk in and be greeted by someone dressed in sixties attire, with sixties music playing in the background, Beatles posters plastered to the wall. I was SO looking forward to it! But I walked in and tried to make eye contact with the salesperson, but she wouldn't even look up. I thought she'd say hello and make me feel welcome. NOT! No sixties music playing, was new music that most people from the sixties don't want to listen to. Millennial music, blah. I needed something flowery, found it, but had to get to an appointment so I asked the salesperson to hold my stuff for about 3 hours til I circle back. I wanted to spend more time looking around the store. She said she would hold it. I also asked her if I could try stuff on and she said no. I said, "Oh no. What if it doesn't fit?" So she said "So don't buy it". Very rude. Nonetheless, I went back within 3.25 hours (I had told her approximately 3 hrs). I walked in and again no greeting. She just said "I put it back". If I were the salesperson I would have said "I'm sorrry. Let me go get it for you and I'll ring it up." This place could be so nice but instead I sure don't want to go back. What a shame. I left without the stuff I wanted. UPDATE - I went back to Woodstock vibes today January 29th of 2024 because I will be holding a '60s dance this year and was really hoping they had changed so I can send people there to get some nice '60s wear. Sure enough, they did change and for the better. First of all the sales girl was so nice and helpful and cheery. They also were playing '60s music, and had posters and symbols like peace symbols and whatnot hung up on the walls, and they had opened the back area for vintage clothes. So basically all the things I had been hoping to see when I first went there, they have now implemented. Bravo to the owners or managers! I will tell all the people who buy dance tickets to my '60s event about this place now. Sometimes management listens. The place is much improved!"
"Woodstock is my savior in everything whenever I’m traveling Woodstock vibestore save my life. Their clothes are Exceptional the latest in style if you know how to put things together, you cannot go one day without going there it’s amazing I hope you’re reading this check it out. Woodstock vibe the customer service is amazing. The people greet you. They are attentive. They want to know how you’re doing as soon as you walk through the door. If You don’t have much money or your income it’s not enough and You wanted to save more. This is the store to shop at."
"The store is organized well and they do have some nice clothes but the prices are outrageous…. For a few dollars more most of the pieces you can buy brand new. Also the owner is rude and dismissive. Definitely not thrift store prices"
"Although you can occasionally find something great here, it's become mostly a waste of time to find anything decent. I get that they probably want customers to visit as often as possible, but just put up a sign stating your restock day(s). It's obvious that the place must get new stuff and then it's instantly wiped out. There is absolutely no logic to the pricing of items either. Designer brands cost about the same as ones you'd find at a dollar store in a lot of cases. The employees really need to pay more attention to sorting the racks. Lots of children's clothes mixed in with adults and women's mixed with men's, and sizes are always mixed up."
"Cool store but high prices for thrift. I'm a retail bargain shopper and feel like I can get better deals new than here. They do have an impressive lot of Converse to choose from."
