"Exquisite arrangement! The roses were perfect, each one opened beautifully. The combination of light pink, darker pink and white was gorgeous. And the packing- complete with vase and even water - was brilliant."

"I ordered peonies for Mother's Day. Ten stems. I followed the instructions that were included. One opened 2/3 of the way, the rest never opened. They just started to shrivel. After nearly a week, I emailed Ode á la Rose and received an automated msg that a customer service rep would contact me. It's been more than a week and all I receive are more automated msgs urging me to buy more flowers. I received peonies from two other flower shops on Mother's Day. All of them were less expensive and all of them opened. Avoid this seller. They charge too much (they even charge for the vase), send poor quality flowers, and perhaps most egregiously, don't care enough to respond promptly to customer concerns and complaints."
