"Unprofessional, felt rushed, made an in-person appointment and was denied my appointment because I had my kids with me so I had to drop everything off, kept getting cut off every time I wanted to talk, etc. The list goes on. Then when I asked for my paperwork back to do my taxes elsewhere she wanted to know why and I told her. She kept cutting me off again and LIED saying that she told me that I could have my in-person appointment and that she gave me an option to stay or not with my kids, which was a bold face LIE! Would not recommend this place to anyone. I am actually very surprised at the good reviews."
