"I've been going to H&R Block for the last three years, and used the software before then. But this year a pretty glaring mistake was made on my taxes - they mixed someone else's income with mine, said I made 3x what I do, and that I owed $8,000. Not good for my heart. When I questioned it they doubled down before realizing that there was a mix up. Overall, I didn't feel like they were paying the proper amount of attention, and could've landed me in a complicated situation to sort out with the IRS. Which is never fun. I'll be going to someone else next year. If you use H&R Block, pay really close attention to the result."
