"I sent all of my tax documents to Juan Pena at the beginning of April, and never heard back. The website said they were working on my taxes so I thought nothing of it. I started calling around the beginning of May to check in and could never get an answer. I called roughly 7 times and messaged him on the web app 4-5 times. I finally heard back from Juan on May 13th that my taxes were not being filed by him less than 4 days before the tax deadline. I would never do business here again and suggest steering clear."

"They claim to stand behind their work, guarantee 100% accuracy, and guarantee the maximum refund BUT this is completely false. My tax return was done incorrectly - a tax exempt HSA distribution used for qualified medical expenses was treated as taxable and a 20% penalty added on top. This mistake resulted in a $3K payment to the IRS. I had to go to another H&R Block to get this corrected as they did not own up to their mistake"
