"I was a walk in customer as I need a little arrangement last minute. I didn’t feel welcome at all. Rhonda greeted me and wasn’t very friendly when I explained what I needed. I asked for a vase that can fit in a cup holder and mentioned no budget on the arrangement. The arrangement looked very dated and rushed. Rhonda was so nice with what appeared to be a frequent customer. But she lost the opportunity with me by aliasing like she didn’t want to be bothered. So I won’t from now on."
