"Did not have a good experience with this company. Sent flowers to a close friend in Brazil, which included a vase, bear, and chocolates. When they delivered it, it was missing the vase which was a big part of the presentation of the order. The florist in Brazil said they were not told about a vase. I contacted Cyber-Florist and been lied too multiple times. Ones, they said they had to order it, and it would be delivered the next day. It was not, I asked again, they said they attempted and no one was home (which isn't true), and then next, they said attempted again, no one was home and left with neighbor. They were home both days, they have no neighbor named what they said. So she finally called the florist that delivered the original order and they said they haven't heard from Cyber-florist at all, and never attempted any deliveries. After going back and forth, I did finally get them to refund the vase. Be warned, this company will lie. I will find another business to do my business with next time."

"Ordered for Sunday and then they delivered on Saturday without ever informing me. This is kind of a big deal considering Saturday was not my girlfriends birthday. They then called her and never told me about the change and were incredibly pushy and unprofessional making her wait two hours at her apartment for the flowers and she ended up missing her train because of it. Have no idea why I spent $85 to mess up her day and no apology after reaching out to cyberflorist"

"This company delivers orders late or the next day especially on International Women’s Day and Valentine’s Day(this has happened on multiple occasions). Our company had orders to two recipients in Russia and both recipients were contacted after 9pm local time to arrange delivery. I contacted CyberFlorist and received this absurd response from Anna “We do not quarantee the time or delivery”(sic). They essentially told me they can make the delivery anytime they want. Remember this point if you choose to do business with Cyber-Florist. Why not just be honest and say they had a problem with getting couriers to make deliveries in Moscow. It was a total nightmare, no woman wants flowers delivered when they are getting ready for bed. If you want guaranteed delivery of flowers choose another service. This company can only handle basic flower deliveries on non peak days."

"Yes, Cyber-Florist can send flowers and novelties into Russia for those of us outside the country, but what really makes these folks special is that they also do Custom Orders. In the picture attached you will see a laptop I had them order and deliver for me to be delivered in Russia and now they are doing the same with a very specific mobile phone. There does not seem to be anything that they can't have delivered even during this time of uncertainty in the world. Well done Cyber-Florist!! Well Done and Blessings..."

"cyber florist was very helpful with my service. I am in a long-distance relationship and I wanted to send my boyfriend who is in Germany some special flowers for his birthday. Originally I had it scheduled for a different delivery date but the customer service at cyber florist was very helpful for me and they changed the delivery date for him to receive the flowers. Upon receiving the flowers my boyfriend was very surprised hahah he had no idea of this but I love sending surprises. my boyfriend absolutely loved the flowers and I do too they look absolutely beautiful very happy everything came through. Anyways if you’re in a long distance relationship give cyber florist a chance they have many beautiful selections in flowers "
