"Run. This place is unprofessional and useless. I had an appointment with an advisor (Jasmine) on April 10. She ran the numbers for filing jointly with my spouse. I asked if she could see if it'd be cheaper to file separately. She promised that she'd run the numbers and get back to us, but then she dropped off the face of the earth. I did not hear from her before tax filing day. I messaged and called the office and they did not know where she was either. So on tax filing day I had to do it all myself via TurboTax. Even setting that aside, she couldn't answer basic questions about my taxes that a tax advisor should know. These people are glorified data entry clerks. You're better off doing your taxes yourself. Unbelievable."
