"The worst experience I have ever had! Will never come again. I had some issue with IRS, and tried contacting Jackson Hewitt online for help. After clearly stated my problem, the online customer service made me an appointment at this office. The appointment was at 3pm, and arrived 10 minutes earlier. There was one tax expert, and the only one, helping with another customer. I waited there for 1hour and 40 minute to speak with the tax expert. And was told that they cannot help me with my problem. They should have told me at the phone if they cannot help and I can save my 2 hours doing whatever I want! They could have made me an appointment at 4:30 if they had another customer. They did nothing but let me waste my time!! Very very bad experience!!"
"Have used this office for past 23yrs. I had a 10 Am appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Office closed. No one arrived until 10:30 to tell me their system was down. Was told they would call me to reschedule. Nothing. Got my taxes done with the "other" competitor. Very disappointed with Jackson Hewitt."
