"My daughter took my paper work to Ms. Newby April 2, 2016 to have my taxes done. My husband took money to her on 4/7/2016 and when I called I was told I owe both the state and federal. Everytime I call I am told we will call you right back and no one never calls me back. I have been going to the Newbys for 10 tens and I am shocked about the treatment. I called last yesterday and was told we will call you back in a hour and no they didn't call me back. I have called 3 times so far today and no answer. This is so unprofessional."
