I ordered something specifically from their website and when she called me she said “I don’t know how you got that but it’s wrong” like as if I magically bought something. I proceeded to just tell her to cancel my order and because the item I had purchased was $1 and some change she wanted to be sarcastic and make it seem like I was dying over a $1 which I wasn’t but money is money. She then charges my card even though I had asked to cancel the order and it’s now been almost a week and have not gotten my money back."
