"What a horrible experience with an online order. I wanted pickup the tv from the store and was unable to make it the same day and somehow they make it look like I had picked the tv and I can’t get someone to help me reverse the order. There is no manager who can talk to you either"

"Just left the store. Sales associate pushed some buttons, the music started and he then disappeared. Looked around the store for additional help and that person disappeared also! The store seemed to be understaffed and the people present didn't seem to know about hi-end audio at all!"

Eli spent lots of time with me both testing speakers and equipment and just explaining concepts, answering questions, etc. I could not recommend more; if you are in the market for great audio technology, whether you know a lot or a little, you will know more when you are done."

"I wanted to like this store and actually purchased equipment from them on multiple occasions but the service from a few people (including the manager is just awful). One if the associates spent a lot of time with me determine the best sounds equipment for my house. I really wanted to give them my business. However, after having trouble with some sound equipment I went to return it. The store associate started lying saying that the stuff I bought came with additional cords making a big deal about letting me return it (even though I was within the two week return period). He also started challenging me on why I was returning the products that the manufacturer had already confirmed was faulty. Just steer clear. There are better places to do business with more consistent service."

"By far the worst place to have your control 4 installed or worked on. If I could give this magnolia 0 stars I would. Please avoid! Probably the worst customer experience of my life. I would avoid this magnolia store at all costs. Their control4 installation crews lack experience and are unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. Find another one especially if your having a whole home a/v solution installed. would rate “0” if available!"
