"These people are scam artist. They coerce children into saying things that will get them admitted. They tell you that the child will be there three days and insurance won't pay if the child is not there for 72 hours. This is a lie.Thwy will hold the child there against the will of the parent and give you the run around about when your child will be seen by a doctor. I called the police on the facility and they still haven't done anything to get a doctor to discharge my child. The unit stopped answering calls. The facility is unsanitary and should be shut down by the health department. They don't even have soap in the bathrooms. If you love your child, don't take them to any Sheppard Pratt facility."
