"My pt has recommended getting massages because I have so much tension. Unfortunately I can't afford Hand & Stone, whose prices are increasing, and even the specials are significantly more than in the past, which was previously the only way I could afford it. I decided to give the student clinic here a try. It was excellent - the massage I had was better than the ones I've had at Hand & Stone. Hand & Stone tends to do more fluffing and swooshing movements, which doesn't help my problems at all. The therapist I had at the massage school (Esther) really targeted my problem spots and got me some much-needed relief. I was very happy. The room also felt very private, even though there was just a curtain divider between beds rather than a wall. It was quiet, and they had nice spa music playing. The price absolutely cannot be beat. I'll be going here from now on."
"I had a wonderful experience. The massages are top level, professional, and cost effective. I will definitely be going back very often!"
"I love this place! I have gone several times and have always had a great experience. The students are enthusiastic and do a wonderful job. Scheduling is easy and everyone there is really pleasant. Highly recommend."
"What a wonderful way to help massage therapy students and get a beautifully relaxing and welcoming experience for an excellent price! Lisa made the booking process and intake so easy (and sent me on my way with a cookie to boot). I emailed on a Wednesday and had an appointment for a Sunday afternoon; the availability is very easy to work with. Audrey gave me a great 60 min massage (with particularly lovely scalp + back work). The students at PSMB are still learning, so you shouldn't walk in expecting a super experienced professional's work. You also shouldn't go in expecting deep pressure or advanced work with specific chronic/medical conditions. If you go in expecting to simply relax and open to the experience you'll have a great time. Don't forget to tip the students. The massage room is a large, calming space with two beds and curtains in between. It was very private. But also, you could definitely book both beds at the same time with a friend/partner/in-law and it'd be a great outing."
"I had a fantastic experience with PSMB. The instructors were knowledgeable. The facility was well equipped. They were very accommodating of my strange schedule. Even with a full time job and a family I was able to attend most of the scheduled classes. Even the ones that I couldn't due to ailment or conflict there was a zoom option or a recorded class to view at my leisure. I passed the MBLEx on the first try. Thanks again."
