"Feeling depressed! My child was already diagnosed with autism with severe delay but in Arizona. Services here in Pittsburgh require she has one here so we called and found this place. The soonest appointment was 9 months out but we took it. Now a very rude and cold lady calls from their office telling us the doctor won't be available so we have to push back another month. Like 9 months wasn't hard enough and her response with my concerns was so brushed off. If we weren't desperate we would never go here. Horrible care for what parents with special needs kiddos are already going through. ****Update**** they claim I CALLED IN AND CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. THEY CALLED ME AND CLAIMED THR DR HAD AN EMERGENCY AND THEY WERE RESCHEDULING ME TO JUNE 22ND. THEY ACTUALLY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AND PUT IN THE NOTES I CANCELLED STATING I DIDN'T NEED IT. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE SEPTEMBER AND HERE WE GO AGAIN!!"
