"It was my first time eating at this restaurant. I was a little skeptical on entry. The inside could use a sprucing up It was, however, charming. The wait staff was a couple of young adults who were well very friendly and courteous. I took a gamble and ordered the catfish basket . I am very picky about my fish. It was delicious! It was seasoned and battered to perfection. The hush puppies were tasty but a little dry and on the smaller side. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted. I will definitely be going back. If you are in the Northern Neck, you need to stop by. I forgot to mention that the owner was sweet enough to come to our table and check on us."

Well let me say she was right. I also want to point out that their chips are made on the premises and these were outstanding."

I ordered a plate of grilled oysters, grilled flounder, crab cakes and butter beans—all delicious. If you love seafood and homemade cooking, the To-Do Cafe near the Rappahannock River is the place to go. Comfortable atmosphere and lovely staff. Just wish I didn't live three thousand miles away."
