"09/14/2023 Never had an experience like this scheduling an appointment. Was referred by my doctor back in May, 4 months later not a single call or voicemail. Every time I call and get transferred to new patient scheduling I get an answering machine. Yesterday left them voicemail #4. Even saved the phone number in my phone so it doesn’t get flagged as spam in case I do get a call back. Nothing. My PCP told me to get a hold of the office manager at this point. Update 10/12/2023. After eventually refusing to get off the phone (literally called back to back 6 times and kept getting transferred to voicemail of no return) I was able to speak to someone who got me scheduled. The actual experience with doctors and nurses at Hillman was superb. Dr. Rothman was awesome."

"I was placed with a doctor. I requested a switch to a doctor I was familiar with. I was told that they could not change it before my appointment, but that I could request the doctor at check out. I did and was given nothing but attitude about the whole thing. I was told that someone would reach out to me to talk to me about it. No one has and I keep calling and leaving messages with no response."

He did not rush at all, explained everything in a way easily understood, answered every question I had, and when he ruled out what I went to see him for he even requested to stay on with my team of doctors trying to figure out exactly what I have. I have never had a better experience in a medical facility. It’s unbelievable the difference in the way the patient feels just by having a friendly staff, add to it the knowledge and skills these individuals have and you know you are in the best hands!
