"Terrible staff. Dr. Todhunter put me on restrictions for epilepsy. Took away my driving privileges every 6 months without consultation or notice. I am an alcoholic who suffered from seizures related to DT’s. I don’t have epilepsy but was diagnosed as such. I have been sober for over a year now. Took myself off Keppra (anti convulsant) because I don’t need drugs to feel better. I’ve tried explaining to not just him but his boss that I was dealing with addiction not suffering from a brain disorder like epilepsy. They became doctors in neurology and don’t understand the basics. Take away the trigger device and you stop the problem. Medications gave me brain zaps that mimic a seizure. As soon as I stopped taking the drugs they prescribed all my symptoms went completely away. I am contacting the BBB over this and getting legal representation."

"There are signs posted in the office stating if you are 15 minutes late you need to reschedule. I showed up 15 mins early to do paperwork, waited until 15 mins past my scheduled time before asking what is going on as I am missing work. I was told they will be with me as soon as possible. I waited another 10 minutes and then Nick Scott walked in the door and said I'm sorry i'm so late, and the staff jumped up and said no problem Mr. Scott and took him directly back. So because I'm not filthy rich or a top donor to UPMC I got treated like a 3rd class citizen. This was discrimination at its finest and is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint and contact my attorney. DO not go here unless you are a top donor or ensure that the staff knows you are stinking rich because they will discard you otherwise."

"Terrible. They ask you “why are you having these problems”. Geez idk if I knew I wouldn’t be here. These providers put words in your mouth and contradict you. This office needs to clean house and hire providers that actually care about patient care."

"They don’t even deserve one star the place is a joke. Had three different appointments rescheduled on me waiting to get in there. So three months later I finally see a doctor and tells me who tells me I am fine because I was able to tell him the date and then he just gave me referrals to other people the entire time what a complete fraud and waste of time going here was. I feel like I was robbed"

"The staff was friendly. Dr Smith was pleasant, thorough and spoke with common sense. He answered my questions and took as much time as needed to do a good evaluation. His recommendations were reasonable. I was comfortable with his conclusions. He listened to my concerns and responded to my satisfaction."
