"Over a year ago, I ordered flowers from this business for my wedding. My bouquet was nice and matched the color scheme (burgundy and navy), but the church flowers were pink and yellow, which did not make sense and were not the colors that we had discussed. If working with this vendor, please try to create a documented contract to protect any agreements regarding the prices and look of the floral arrangements. I want to clarify that I did really like my bridal bouquet, but the other flowers did not match with our color scheme. Update: Updating my review because I am a pacifist and do not want hard feelings, and I want to make sure my information is accurate. First off, my mom just told me yesterday about the extra expenses, which is the reason for the delayed review. My mom never changed the flower colors and never called tons of times. She did ask about removing the boutonnières (3-4 weeks before) because I asked her to just see if it was possible. Just talked to my mom again: My mom gave $212 as a deposit, which I do have the receipt for. Then, we had to pay $901 on the day of the wedding, which doesn’t make sense and was not the agreed amount. I do feel hurt by the response to my review. I wasn’t being mean. I do like this store and did like my bridal bouquet, and I am upset that I am treated this way for voicing my perspective. Pretty saddened right now."

"Everything that I have ordered from Flowers on Mulberry has been amazing. The flowers that we received for my mothers funeral were all beautiful. The casket flowers we got were beautiful ( I do not have a picture of those). The flowers that I ordered for my mom just for a thinking about you were beautiful and they delivered them in a hour after I ordered them. Best flower shop in Kittanning or surrounding area!! For sure will get all my flowers here! The shop is really cute as well if you have not been in yet- you should go check it out for sure. Customer service is top notch- very friendly, quick service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!"
