They have new management now, which is phenomenal. the owners were so kind and willing to work with us and our budget. They made the whole experience wonderful to get what we actually wanted and not be pushed into something that we didn't. they took the time to listen to our needs and find exactly what we were looking for. the customer service that we received through Facebook messages was just as amazing as it was in the store. please be sure to visit the downtown Kittanning location for a wonderful experience!"

"Ordered a mattress over a month and a half ago they said it would take a week and a half still haven’t got it…. I called the store he said he was with a customer and would call me back but never did. Stopped in at store he said it was on the truck that was two weeks ago. I needed mattress for guest coming this weekend. Receipt states no refunds or cancellations!"

"Dropped the stars!! New update below! We are not happy! No matter how nice and knowledgeable this guy APPEARS, he doesn't care after taking your money!!! Helpful salesperson. Sloth slow delivery...it's been a month, still don't have my couch. **Update Ordered this couch in Feb. Received it May 12. Know up front, it will take time for delivery but the sales guy will tell you "it's on the truck" every time you call because he doesn't know. ***ANOTHER UPDATE: Since receiving this couch, we have tried and tried and tried to have them fix it or give a us one that works as it should. Can't exchange because of my pets. They sent a guy over a month ago. He looked. He scratched his head and said "it probably needs a new part. I'll take pictures"! Same guy came today 9/12. Still didn't fix it. Don't buy from here. It's not worth the price and the aggravation! You can't get in touch with them via phone. They don't call you back. We made 2 trips to the store. I originally gave 3 stars but this run around drops them to ZERO!!"
