"Trying to support local business instead of ordering from one of the online flower sites. I ordered flowers directly from their website, jackiesflowerandgiftshop…, for my wife to be delivered on our Anniversary. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED!! I received a Voicemail from Ruth at the flower shop the next afternoon stating she had a flower order for me and ask me to call her back. When I did, first thing I was told was "they tried to get ahold of me and couldn't leave a message because my Voicemail box was full". The same Voicemail Box they just left me a voicemail at!!! Weird huh? The woman was very rude and told me I needed to understand they couldn't deliver without talking to someone first. She said I should have given her my wife's number, so I guess I should have had my wife order her own flowers too. She told me they "MIGHT" be able to deliver today but I needed to understand they were very busy! I guess other people order flowers to be delivered sometime +/- days??? Also their website says $8 delivery charge, yet they bill you $15. She also told me she could cancel the order and refund my card. I decided to take that method....We'll see if they actually refund my card charge. Not impressed with their VERY RUDE lack of customer service!"
