I asked for assistance with sizing my son for shoes. I was simply told to read the stickers on the box as the worker walked away. Where is the customer service? Hands down awful experience for my kids!!!"

"famous footwear is always clean. The staff is always asking me if I need any help. They are always really helpful when I go to check out with you than my points. They have really good shoes. They are a very expensive place to shop however. I would not buy the cheaper shoes from famous footwear because my husband bought a pair of la gears and after one week of wearing the shoes they started giving him bad foot and back pain. He is now having nerve related issues because of the shoes. After one month of owning them both sides have holes in them, we have never had this issue with expensive shoes so I would only buy expensive. This is not a place where you want to go cheap."
