"Bought Merkens chocolate to make homemade candy. I have been doing this for over 35 years. The white chocolate will not melt. I spoke with Chocolate Boutique staff who said this has been an issue. Did not offer a refund. Did not inform me when I was buying it that it does not melt. My suggestion would be to go to Sweet Supplies, they were honest and told me of the issue with Merkens and I purchased Clasen chocolate to mix, which worked wonderfully. Sweet Supplies is only 2 minutes from Chocolate Boutique, and much more helpful, and cheaper priced."

"I asked for peanut butter and they gave me an expensive assortment with out any peanut butter at all. The chocolate is waxy and nasty. The Oreos don’t even taste like an Oreo it tastes like an off brand cookie."
