"We went to see the new Trolls movie the Tuesdayafter it was released. It wasn't busy so we had the theater to ourselves. They had our online food order ready. The staff was friendly and really went out of gheir way to make it a great experience for us."
"I purchased tickets online. When we arrived there was no one accepting tickets or scanning Q codes. I had to scan my own. Then my daughter went out to find 3d glasses and get drinks and popcorn.Theater and bathrooms were clean. Popcorn was good. We were in theater #4 and the room temperature was too cold. I kept my Jean jacket on thru the whole movie. I couldn't wait to get to my car and put some heat on.I learned from my last visit that there is too many previews for up coming movies. So we arrived at 2:48pm for the 2:50pm showing,and still had 10-15 minutes of previews. Other than the room being cold and the too many previews it was a nice outing for my daughter and I."
"The matinee price was good and the concession prices were not bad either. I am not a fan of the new "choose your seat when you pay for your ticket" policy. Frankly I find it ridiculous. This isn't a concert hall or fancier movie theater. If you don't like your seats once you get inside you have to go back in to change them. There are a number of reasons this sucks including who you may 3nd up having to sit beside. The volume in our theater was low in comparison to the one next door so their loud noise and sound effects kept bleeding in a nd partially drowning out our movie."
"Very small seats that just lean back a little unlike the huge electric recliner seats in Boardman, Ohio. Leg spacing is cramped kicking seats like it's 1970. Boardman has double width rows. I'll stick with Boardman. No ticket taker when we came it for 15 minutes. People left trash everywhere in a few rows. There's some nasty filthy people out there. Do better piggies!"
