"Drive 35-40 minutes for urgent care for my son to be told that you have to have an appointment. Have NEVER seen an urgent care clinic that you have to have an appt. Had to drive an hour somewhere else for his illness. Some things shouldn't clog up ERs nor should you have to pay ER prices."

"Horrible process to schedule appointment. Was told to go there by ER staff for second antibiotic shot and it’s impossible to make an appointment. Was told I had to go to the facility to make an appointment since wasn’t working online. The facility is 30 min from home. What’s the point of going to the facility just to make an appointment and return later especially with a child that isn’t feeling well."
