"Called for a parent. We were refused appointment due to age and woman refused to offer a secondary practitioner recommendation for help. She said “I don’t know,” then crickets. I probed more about age limits and who to seek out, and she said everywhere else has “long waits.” She didn’t seem to want to offer an option for help. It’s sad that people need to suffer without help."
