"I’m absolutely appalled and disappointed and disgusted with this office. No parent should have to jump through hoops to get their SICK child an appointment. Clearly they are understaffed but they also show no compassion or care of the well-being of their patients. Instead I was told to go to Urgent Care. Urgent care recommended I follow up with the pediatrician, so when I called to schedule a follow up they still REFUSED to schedule my son an appointment. Answering the phone with an attitude of “what’s going on” or “what’s the issue” when it’s the third time I have called because all I want is for my son to be seen by HIS DOCTOR. It really should NOT be that difficult. I called when they opened. Was told to call back at 8:30. Was told “that’s what we’re telling all the parents.” So I call back then... “No appointments are available.” So why didn’t you tell me that at 8 or schedule me one for another day or time!!?!? INSTEAD I have been giving the run around. All while my son has a fever and is crying in pain and I’m left helpless because his own DOCTORS office doesn’t want to help! Parents STAY clear. The rumors are true- this place has gone WAY down hill. Any positive things said about this office were from YEARS ago. They. Are. Terrible. And literally no help. Does my child need to be dying to be seen? probably still will be denied an appointment then too."

"The staff refused to see our daughter because her fever hadn't lasted for five days yet. After arguing with the nurse about a suspected ear infection and fever of 104 we were told it was normal for kids. After urgent care took care of our problem Duffy called us liars claiming the staff would never turn anyone away, unwilling to acknowledge the call logs or show any accountability."

"Dr. Duffy wanted to hold onto me for a little while longer due to health conditions. Supervisor decided to drop me as a patient during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC with no suggestions on who to go to, no doctors are even accepting new clients right now and wouldn't let me speak to Duffy or any nurses for their input. Let's hope I don't get sick until the GLOBAL PANDEMIC is over. LOL"

"Used to be a 5 when it was our old kids way Pediatrics but since they switched to PCP I don't know a lot slower the doctors are still there but get hung up on on the phone I would not recommend them now since it pcp!!!"
