"They never call back"
"Terrible organization. Their vans smell like ash trays and their drivers are just disgusting. The owner knows it, doesn't care and is unwilling to do anything about it. Not allowing my children to be transported is such filth and you shouldn't either. If you want to smoke, fine, but don't chain-smoke 5 minutes before picking up my child and especially don't smoke in the van your using to pick up children. Take your lazy self out of the vehicle and smoke."
